    The traditional dishwasher using sound-absorbing cotton for noise reduction, but the defects in the design, material performance can’t effectively play a lead to noise reduction. In this paper, according to the analysis of multi-layer sound insulation theory, the installation mode of sound absorbent cotton and sheet metal material is optimized, and the noise reduction effect is maximized by means of multi-layer sound insulation structure. This study not only has a guiding effect on the design of dishwasher scheme, but also on the improvement of noise of similar products.

    The numerical simulation method is used to simulate the flow field characteristics of centrifugal fans, The aerodynamic noise is simulated, and the flow characteristics and aerodynamic noise characteristics of the original model fan are obtained, and the correctness of the numerical simulation is verified by the experiment. According to the calculation results, the original model fan was optimized to improve the aerodynamic performance of the centrifugal fan and reduce its aerodynamic noise, The performance of the original model and the improved centrifugal fan is tested, and the noise of the indoor centrifugal fan is reduced by 3.5dB.

    The paper regards compressor pipeline of heat pump dryer as the research object, based on the test and simulation analysis technology for vibration optimization design of pipeline. Through the modal test of existing pipeline to modify finite element model. The results of finite element simulation and test results show that the natural frequency of existing pipeline is close to compressor frequency, causes pipeline resonance. The pipeline is optimized to avoid the resonance frequency by modifying the finite element model, reduce the structural noise caused by pipeline vibration and avoid pipeline rupture. Through test verification on the optimized model, the displacement amplitude is reduced by 73%, the acceleration amplitude is reduced by 65%. Research results can provide theoretical guidance for the press line structure design, and save the product development cycle and reduce the vibration of the pipeline.

    This paper describes the noise distribution condition of one reverse osmosis water purifier sold on the market based on CAE analogue simulation, noise spectrum test and vibration test. This aim is to investigate the noise diffusion of the water purifier by attaching the two-component sound-absorbing cotton on different panel. Then analyze the consequence which is caused by the attaching position by the design of experiment (DOE) analysis methods in order to attain the best attaching position. What could be shown in the result is that the two-component sound-absorbing cotton have an excellent sound-absorbing property for the noise between medium-high frequency, the best combination scheme have a 4dB(A) noise reduction which caused an obvious sound quality improvement.

    Based on wind wheel of air cleaner, this paper uses ANSYS Workbench to build the design analysis process and conducts a simulation optimization of wind wheel by using ANSYS CFD. Simulation results show that noise-reduction can be achieved by optimizing the structural parameters of the wind wheel. The proposed parameterization method and CFD analysis process provide an effective tool for the optimization design of centrifugal fan.

    Large flow reverse osmosis (RO) water purifier, without water tank, can reach 1.0L/min or over 1.0L/min, can well meet the daily drinking water and water needs of users, very popular with consumers. However, the noise of large flow reverse osmosis (RO) water purifier is large, and the noise is more than 50dB(A) , which directly affects the user's feel. Purifier noise mainly comes from pump, waste water valve, pipeline vibration and so on. Through noise reduction treatment of noise source and noise propagation path, purifier noise can be effectively reduced.

    Through the experimental study on each factor of refrigerator starting noise. We found that the starting noise of refrigerator is mainly composed of resonant noise and the mechanical noise. According to the mechanism of the noise generation,we can change the damping ratio of compressor pad and pipeline shape to optimize the low frequency resonance noise. For high-frequency mechanical noise, it can be achieved by improving the thickness of the valve plates. The experiment results verify the effect of each improvement scheme on the refrigerator starting noise,and also confirmed the conclusion of theoretical analysis. The conclusion of this paper provides the corresponding design basis for the development and improvement of refrigerators.

    Two sub-wavelength sound absorptive structures were designed for the range hood. One basic sound absorptive unit is based upon the quarter wave length resonator theory, and the other basic sound absorptive unit is based upon the Helmholtz resonator theory. Having maximum noise reduction level and better sound quality, the sound absorption coefficient of these two sound absorptive structures were designed optimally according to the selective noise spectrum of a range hood. The design lowest wave length is more than twenty times than the thickness of the sound absorptive structure.

    The main sources of refrigerator noise are mechanical room, fans, piping systems etc. The mechanical room includes a compressor, a rubber mat, a baseboard and suction pipes, which is the main source of mechanical noise in refrigerators. The design of the relevant parts of the mechanical room directly determines the noise performance of the refrigerator. Simulation optimization and experimental analysis are used in this paper to reduce the low frequency noise of the refrigerator as an example, which provided a solution to the problem of the resonance.

    Green consumption is an important way to promote China's green development and an inevitable requirement for the construction of ecological civilization. In the transition period from high-speed economic growth to high-quality development, the transition from traditional consumption mode to green consumption mode is the general trend of this era. By analyzing the research status of green consumption in China and abroad, it is found that there are more qualitative studies on green consumption, and less quantitative researches. Household consumption has great potential for emission reduction. Taking room air conditioners as an example, this paper studies the potential of greenhouse gas emission reduction of air conditioners in different sales scenarios and production processes driven by green consumption through quantitative analysis, and then puts forward four suggestions to promote the energy conservation products’ consumption: strengthening policy support, increasing sales of energy-saving products, promoting the use of environmental protection raw materials and increasing publicity and education.

    The problem on fast thawing of washing powder in automatic washing machines had been a big problem for long. To resolve the problem ,our research team developed a new kind of fast thawing system, including a dispenser and a powder case. By means of the innovation on the mechanism of fast thawing and the structural designing, we created a new kind of fast thrawing system, which was very different from the existing ones. The new system conduced to marked improvements on the capability of fast thrawing. Furthermore, much more bubbles were produced during water inletting, which could raise the cleaning rate.

    The national standard of air cleaner in China lacks the evaluation of the filter odor. In this paper, a qualitative method for evaluating odor of filters (mainly used for removing gaseous pollutants) is studied. The filters to be measured are put in sealed air bags and stay for different time in different temperature and humidity environments (45℃~75℃, relative humidity 100%). Then odor is detected by sniffing the smell directly by specialized persons. In this paper, 29 kinds of filters of 29 brands of air cleaners on the market are tested using the above methods. The results show that nearly 25% of the filters have odor pollution problems, and the secondary pollution of odor of air cleaners can not be ignored. This paper provides basic data and evaluation methods for putting odor pollution into the next revision of national standard of air cleaner.

    Refrigerator is a product of energy efficiency labeling management, which is an insulated box with proper volume and equipment for household use. It refrigerate by consuming electricity, with one or more compartments, including refrigerator, refrigerator-freezer, frozen compartment, frozen, wine storage appliance, etc. There are many uncertainties in the measurement of energy efficiency, so in order to measure the degree to which these uncertainties influence the results more intuitively, and conduct testing of household refrigerators with energy efficiency labeling management more standardizedly, a typical product is selected for uncertainty analysis.
