Abstract: Ecological prosperity is civilized, and ecological decline is civilization decline, and the state attaches importance to the construction of ecological civilization to a new height. The "Overall Plan for the Reform of Ecological Civilization System" clearly defines "implementing the system of extension of producer responsibility" as an important part of accelerating the construction of an ecological civilization system. Based on the producer responsibility extension system, this paper starts from the implementation status of the producer responsibility extension system, deeply studies the recycling mode of Shenzhen Iboolv environmental technology Co., Ltd. This case study explores the recycling model of producer entrusted by third-party recycler to provide a practicable solution for EPR system.
