摘要: 本文以空气净化器为研究对象,从净化器配套的风轮着手,运用ANSYS Workbench平台搭建设计分析流程,使用ANSYS CFD系列软件对风轮进行仿真优化。结果表明,通过风轮结构参数的优化可以达到降噪的目的。文中所提出的参数化方法和CFD分析流程为离心风机的优化设计提供了有效的工具。

Abstract: Based on wind wheel of air cleaner, this paper uses ANSYS Workbench to build the design analysis process and conducts a simulation optimization of wind wheel by using ANSYS CFD. Simulation results show that noise-reduction can be achieved by optimizing the structural parameters of the wind wheel. The proposed parameterization method and CFD analysis process provide an effective tool for the optimization design of centrifugal fan.
