变频冰箱引起GFCI跳闸的总有效漏电流计算方法探讨

摘要: 为了研究变频冰箱产生的总漏电流所包含的工频和高频成分在GFCI(接地故障电路中断器)跳闸电流中的权重,系统研究了GFCI跳闸的总有效漏电流计算方法,该方法主要是:测量冰箱总漏电流并用FFT分解为工频及高频的各频谱分量;测量出GFCI对于高频各次谐波频率点的漏电流的跳闸阈值;将冰箱的高频漏电流折算为工频的有效漏电流;计算出冰箱的工频及高频的各频谱分量的总有效漏电流。最后验证了总有效漏电流计算方法的可行性。

Abstract: In order to study the power frequency and high frequency components of the total leakage current generated by refrigerator with inverter in the weight of GFCI (Grounding Fault Circuit Interrupter) tripping current, the calculation method of the total effective leakage current of GFCI tripping is systematically studied. The calculation method is mainly as follows: Measure the total leakage current of refrigerator and decompose it with FFT into various spectral components at power frequency and high frequency ;Measure the tripping level of GFCI tripped by high frequency harmonic leakage current;Convert high frequency leakage current into effective leakage current of power frequency;Calculate the total effective leakage current including all spectrum components at power frequency and high frequency. Finally, the feasibility of calculation method of the total effective leakage current is verified.
