推进北京市废弃电器电子产品绿色回收全产业链协同发展模式研究

摘要: 通过对北京市废弃电器电子产品回收处理行业、北京市“节能产品进超市”活动绿色回收试点工作走访调研,寻找并发现北京市废弃电器电子产品回收体系建设领域的关键问题,并提出发挥废弃电器电子产品“一机一码”追溯体系作用,积极建立北京市绿色回收全产业链协同发展模式,是破解回收行业发展难题的对策。最后,为了推动北京市绿色回收全产业链协同发展模式,提出相应的政策建议。

Abstract: By investigatihg and discoverihg the key issues in the construction of the recycling system for Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment in Beijing, by investigating the recycling and disposal industry of Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment in Beijing and the green recycling pilot work of the “Energy-saving Products into Supermarkets” activity in Beijing. The role of the “one machine, one code” traceability system for Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment, and actively building a coordinated development model of the whole industrial chain of green recycling in Beijing are countermeasures to solve the development problems of the recycling industry. Finally, putting forward policy recommendations in order to promote the coordinated development model of the completely industrial chain of green recycling in Beijing.
