聚氨酯三防漆环境适用性研究

摘要: 选取5种聚氨酯型三防漆作为研究对象,通过基础性能测试,知悉5种产品的基础性能介于同一水平,无法判定其最佳适用场景。为进一步挖掘产品的适用性,通过盐雾试验、冷热冲击试验、恒温恒湿试验等考察了产品在长期环境试验过程中电学性能及色差变化。通过对产品综合性能的分析,优选出最佳应用场景。

Abstract: The properties of different kinds of polyurethane-typed conformal coating products were studied. The basic performances, they were at the same level, such as the similar flame retardancy and electrical insulation under normal conditions, so it is unable to determine the best applicable situation. Thus, a series of environmental experiments were carried out, such as neutral salt spray test, thermal shock test and constant temperature and humidity test. During the environmental test, the electrical performance and change in appearance of different periods were recorded and analyzed. Through the analysis of the comprehensive performances of the products, the best applicable environments and regions are optimally selected.
