实现正方形区域高覆盖的洗碗机喷臂运行轨迹探究

摘要: 对于洗碗机接近正方形的洗涤区域,普通喷臂形成的圆形覆盖会产生四角覆盖不良的问题。基于特定数学曲线的深入研究分析,通过特定传动机构设计可形成不同的数学曲线作为喷臂运行轨迹,进而提出了几种能够用于洗碗机实现正方形高覆盖甚至全覆盖的喷臂运行方案,并对其生产原理和改进效果进行了详细论述和比较,对喷臂创新设计有很高的指导性意义。

Abstract: The square washing area in dishwashers with round coverage formed by common spray results in always insufficient washing at the four corners. Based on intensive study and analysis several specific mathematical curves, there proposes a variety of spray running track solutions with specific transmission mechanism design which can achieve high-coverage even full-coverage for square area. Furthermore, the generation theory and approving result are introduced and discussed in detail, thus having good guidance for innovative design of the dishwasher sprays.
