智能门锁功能安全测试方法研究与验证

Research and verification of functional safety test method of smart door lock

摘要: 智能门锁近年来呈现暴发式增长,其市场份额逐年增加,然而现行标准缺少对智能门锁功能安全的测试。为了更真实、更有效地评估智能门锁的可靠性和安全性,针对智能门锁IC卡解锁功能、指纹解锁功能等关键解锁方式和电子电路核心模块进行了分析并制定出一套测试方法。经过多次试验和持续跟踪发现,虽然对门锁的关键解锁进行了升级和完善,但依旧存在可能被复制的风险和过度宣传的情况,通过试验结果可以发现各大门锁企业对电路可靠性理解不足,因此没有对电路故障进行足够的防护。

Abstract: Smart door locks have shown explosive growth in recent years, and their market share has increased year by year. The current standard lacks testing for the functional safety of smart door locks, in order to evaluate the reliability and safety of smart door locks more realistically and effectively, the key unlocking methods of intelligent door lock, such as IC card unlocking function, fingerprint unlocking function and electronic circuit core module are analyzed and a set of testing methods are developed. After many tests and continuous tracking, it was found that although the key unlocking of the door lock was upgraded and improved, but there is still the risk of replication and over-promotion, through the test results, it can be found that the major door lock enterprises have insufficient understanding of circuit reliability. Therefore, there is insufficient protection against circuit failures.
