摘要: 通过对目前主流冷柜减霜技术的分析,用试验的方法模拟几种不同减霜模块减霜效果,确定了单向浮球阀气调系统配合新型疏水材料减霜的优化方案,并验证了不同密度疏水材料实际减霜和易开门效果,为减霜模块的优化提供了研究方向。

Abstract: In order to study the frost mechanism of horizontal refrigerators with natural convection is analyzed. The frost reducing effect of several frosting modules is simulated by the test method. The optimization scheme of the unidirectional float valve pneumatic control system with hydrophobic melamine foam is determined, and the actual frost reducing effect of different density hydrophobic materials is verified, so as to optimize the frost reduction module. The research direction is provided.
