压力脉动引起的排水泵拍振问题研究

摘要: 针对某型空调排水泵在特定工况出现的拍振问题,首先利用两相流瞬态仿真确认拍振激励来源为泵壳与叶轮动静间隙内的压力脉动。监测300 mL/min、500 mL/min(泵设计工作点)、700 mL/min流量下泵壳内14个监测点的压力脉动,明确了仅在流量500 mL/min时存在压力脉动幅值尖峰。据此提出叶轮优化方案,在叶轮轮盖靠近出口侧开孔,在不改变整泵流量的前提下,改变泵内流态,改变动静间隙压力脉动频率,实现振动改善,为此类小流量自吸泵的振动问题提供一定的借鉴意义。

Abstract: A certain type of air-conditioning drainage pump has a problem of beat vibration under certain working conditions. First, a two-phase flow transient simulation is used to confirm that the source of beat vibration is the pressure pulsation in the static and dynamic gap between the pump casing and the impeller. Monitoring the pressure pulsation at 14 monitoring points in the pump housing at a flow rate of 300 mL/min, 500 mL/min (pump design working point), and 700 mL/min, it is clear that there is a maximum pressure pulsation amplitude only at a flow rate of 500 mL/min. Based on this, the impeller optimization plan is proposed. The impeller wheel cover is opened near the outlet side, and the flow pattern in the pump is changed without changing the flow rate of the entire pump, and the pressure pulsation frequency of the dynamic and static gaps is changed to achieve vibration improvement. Provide a solution for the vibration problem of this kind of self-priming pump working under low flow rate.
