摘要: 聚丙烯(PP)材料凭借密度小、化学稳定性高、成本低的优点被广泛运用于工业工程行业,但聚丙烯(PP)注塑零件在生产和存储过程中存在尺寸收缩、翘曲变形及再结晶问题。通过对聚丙烯(PP)注塑零件收缩机理进行合理分析,设计实验方案验证,最后对实验结果进行深入分析和探讨,总结出了聚丙烯(PP)注塑零件的收缩规律及其影响因素。

Abstract: Polypropylene (PP) material is widely used in industrial engineering industry due to its advantages of low density, high chemical stability and low cost. However, PP injection parts have problems of size shrinkage, warping deformation and recrystallization during production and storage. The shrinkage mechanism of polypropylene (PP) injection parts was analyzed reasonably, and the experimental scheme was designed for verification. Finally, the experimental results are analyzed and discussed in depth, and the shrinkage rules and influencing factors of polypropylene (PP) injection molded parts are summarized.
