摘要: 重型卡车市场保有量增加,同时驾驶员对舒适性要求提升,使用电池供电的驻车空调器需求日渐增加。首先对R134a、R410A、R32三种不同类型制冷剂的热物性进行对比,再在同一驻车空调器制冷系统上针对不同制冷工况进行能力对比测试。结果表明,相对于目前市场大部分驻车空调使用的R134a制冷剂,R410A及R32热物性良好,制冷能力及能效均有较大提升,有利于提升乘车人员的热舒适性及电池续航能力,同时需要注意系统的运行压力上升较多,需对制冷部件进行相应的耐压性设计。

Abstract: With the increase of heavy truck market and the improvement of drivers' comfort requirements, the demand for battery-powered parking vehicle air conditioners is increasingly. The thermal and physical properties of three different circulating refrigerants R134a, R410A and R32 were compared first, then the capacity of each refrigeration condition was tested by charging R134a, R410A and R32 refrigerant respectively in the same parking vehicle air conditioner system in enthalpy difference chamber. The results show that, compared with R134a refrigerant used by most parking vehicle air conditioners in the current market, R410A and R32 refrigerants have good thermal and physical properties, greatly improved cooling capacity and energy efficiency, which is conducive to improving the comfort of passengers and battery life. At the same time, it should be noted that the operating pressure of the system rises a lot. Therefore, it is necessary to design the corresponding pressure resistance of the refrigeration components.
