摘要: 通过对TRIZ理论问题分析,找到轻量化玻璃杯体的3个关键点。在满足功能要求的前提下,从不等壁厚设计、把手人体工学设计以及扰流筋内凸外凹设计三个方面实现了破壁机玻璃杯体的轻量化方案,较原来杯体减重420 g,占比27%。同时优化了高硼硅玻璃杯体压制加工工艺,使设计方案具备批量生产条件。

Abstract: Three key shortcomings of lightweight glass cup are found through the analysis of TRIZ theory. The lightweight scheme of the glass cup of blender is realized from three aspects: the design of unequal wall thickness, the ergonomic design of the handle and the convex inside and concave outside design of the spoiler. Compared with the original glass cup, the weight of the glass cup was reduced by 420 g, and the pressing processing technology of the high borosilicate glass cup was optimized, so that the design scheme could meet the conditions of mass production.
