家电企业的产品用户体验标准体系建设研究

摘要: 用户体验理论与技术方法的标准化是在企业内开展用户体验工作的关键,而现有用户体验标准不系统,覆盖范围不清晰,影响实践效果。因此有必要构建家电产品用户体验标准体系,指导用户体验实践。在国标对标准体系的构建要求指导下,借鉴现有家电及人类工效学标准体系,通过需求分析、调查研究、体系构建及实体集成四个阶段,首次构建出可实践应用的家电产品用户体验标准体系框架。本体系是家用电器标准体系的重要补充,对推动用户体验标准化工作全面展开,不断提升用户体验工作的专业化水平具有重要作用。

Abstract: The standardization of theory and technical methods is the key to the user experience practice in enterprises. However, the user experience standards existing are not systematic, affecting the practical effect. Therefore, it is necessary to build a product user experience standard system in company of household appliances to guide the practice. A practical framework of user experience standard system for household appliances is constructed for the first time, under the guidance of the national standard requirements, widely refering to successful practices on home appliance and ergonomics standard system existing. The construction of the system has gone through four stages of demand analysis, investigation, structuring and entity integration. This system is an important supplement to the standard system of household appliances. It promotes the comprehensive development of standardization, and helps to improve the specialization of user experience continuously.
