摘要: 由于部分针焰试验装置采用火焰施加时间到达时移开的瞬间熄灭火焰的方式,这种方式受电磁阀影响,对试验结果产生严重影响。对产生风险的原因分析后,提出起燃时间的概念,并提出一种可以识别次种风险的样品。实验室可利用这种样品的特性识别具有此类风险的针焰试验装置,以规避因此产生的检测风险。

Abstract: Because some needle flame test devices adopt the method of extinguishing the flame at the moment when the flame application time reaches, this method is affected by the electromagnetic valve, which has a serious impact on the test results. In this paper, the causes of the impact are analyzed, the concept of ignition time is put forward, and a sample that can identify the sub-species risk is put forward. The laboratory can use the characteristics of this sample to identify the needle flame test devices with such risks, so as to avoid the testing risks.
