空调柜机贯流风扇结构强度及疲劳寿命分析

Analysis on structural strength and fatigue life of cross-flow fan of air conditioning cabinet

摘要: 贯流风扇作为贯流空调的核心送风部件,其结构性能直接影响着空调整机的可靠性,因此有必要对柜机贯流风扇的强度及疲劳寿命分析开展研究。建立了不同风扇扇叶长度的单节贯流风扇有限元模型,采用有限元分析法得到了贯流风扇的静强度。基于此,应用Abaqus/Fe-safe软件,基于材料的S-N曲线,使用Goodman平均应力修正方法,对贯流风扇的疲劳寿命进行了预测,总结了贯流风扇扇叶长度对风扇结构强度和疲劳寿命的影响,可知单节扇叶长度在60 mm左右时,综合性能更好。同时,该疲劳寿命分析方法,可节省贯流风扇大量的实验时间和成本,为工程设计提供参考。

Abstract: Cross-flow fan is the core air supply component of cross-flow air conditioner, and its structural performance directly affects the reliability of the whole air conditioner. Therefore, it is necessary to study the strength and fatigue life analysis of cross-flow fan of cabinet machine. The finite element model of single-section cross-flow fans with different fan blade lengths were established, and the static strength of cross-flow fans were obtained by finite element analysis method. Based on this, Abaqus/Fe-safe software was applied, based on the S-N curve of materials and the Goodman average stress correction method was used to predict the fatigue life of cross-flow fans, and the influence of the blade length of cross-flow fans on the structural strength and fatigue life of the fan was summarized. It is known that the comprehensive performance is better when the single blade length is about 60 mm. At the same time, the fatigue life analysis method can save a lot of experimental time and cost of cross-flow fans, which provides an effective reference for engineering design.
