摘要: 针对某款上藏下冻机械式风门两门风冷冰箱出现冷藏室顶部温度偏高问题,通过建立整机流场、温度场仿真,并结合风道及冰箱整机结构特点进行分析,判断其顶部温度偏高的原因,并提出优化方案改进,希望通过风道优化改善此问题。通过多方位的测试验证,优化方案对顶部温度有明显的改善,为此类冰箱今后的设计优化提供了参考。

Abstract: Aimed at the problem of high temperature at the top of the refrigeration chamber in a two door air-cooled refrigerator with a hidden and hidden mechanical air door. By establishing a simulation of the overall flow field and temperature field, and analyzing the structural characteristics of the air duct and refrigerator, the reason for the high top temperature is determined, and an optimization plan is proposed for improvement. It is hoped that the problem can be improved through air duct optimization. Through multi-dimensional testing and verification, the optimization scheme has significantly improved the top temperature, providing a reference for future design optimization of such refrigerators.
