摘要: 在电工电子产品进行球压试验时,传统的压痕测量方法不容易准确区分压痕与材料热形变的边界,易导致测量结果出现较大偏差;且球压试验的测量受限于测量时间短,人工测量的要求较高。介绍了一种自动化测量压痕直径的新方法,通过激光传感器扫描压痕周围的平面获取采样点,对采样点进行处理后得到压痕边界点的高度与压痕底部高度的差值,最后通过高度差值计算得到压痕的直径。通过对比验证,该方法的试验结果较为准确,且减少了人为主观误差,提高了测量效率。

Abstract: During the ball pressure test for electrical and electronic products, the traditional indentation measurement method is not easy to accurately distinguish the boundary between indentation and material thermal deformation, which is prone to cause large deviations in measurement results. Additionally, the measurement of ball pressure test is limited by short measurement time, and manual measurement requires high standards. Introduces a new method for automatically measuring indentation diameter. By scanning the plane around the indentation with a laser sensor to obtain sampling points. The difference between the height of the indentation boundary points and the height of the indentation bottom is obtained after processing the sampling points. Finally, the diameter of the indentation is calculated based on the height difference. The experimental results of this method have been verified to be relatively accurate through comparison, which reduces human subjective errors and improves measurement efficiency.
