关于洗碗机角落专区洗喷臂的洗净覆盖性能的探讨与实验研究

摘要: 对于洗碗机内接近方形的洗涤区域,常规喷臂形成的圆形覆盖会产生四角欠洗涤的问题,由此提出了喷淋覆盖性能的课题。基于TRIZ理论“空间分离原理”,角落专区洗喷臂能够形成对方形区域角落位置的补充喷淋覆盖,通过新增面积覆盖率计算公式的推导,进而对新增面积覆盖率随专区洗喷臂翼展长度比的变化曲线进行了研究与分析,得到翼展长度比的优选范围。随之,先后分析了单个和多个角落专区洗喷臂的不同方案随单位用水量的效益变化情况,最终确定了四翼专区洗喷臂设置于方形洗涤区域两个后角位置的方案,并对其进行了洗净覆盖性能测试和标准洗净测试,实验结果表明喷淋覆盖率得以提升的同时,良好地兼顾了加强洗的效果,从而实现了角落专区洗喷臂洗净的范围拓展与性能提升。

Abstract: For the square-like washing area in dishwashers, the circular covering formed by the general sprays will cause the insufficient washing at the four corners, so the subject of spray coverage performance is put forward. Based on the principle of spatial separation of TRIZ theory, the corner spray can form supplementary washing coverage to the corners of the square area. Through the derivation of the calculation formula of the increased coverage rate, the curve of the increased coverage rate changing with the wing length ratio of corner spray is studied and analyzed, and the optimal range of the span length ratio is obtained. Then, different designs of single and multiple corner spray were analyzed with the benefit of unit water consumption. Finally, the four-wing sprays in two rear corners of the square area was determined, and the washing coverage test and the standard cleaning test were carried out. The experimental results show that the washing coverage performance was improved while it can hold the effect of strengthening washing, so the cleaning performance of corner spray was expanded and improved.
