压缩机匹配冰箱前后模态变化研究

摘要: 针对冰箱整机中压缩机噪声增大的问题,结合扫频测试与模态分析方法,对压缩机-冰箱耦合系统的振动特性进行研究。结果表明,压缩机在三个方向上的振动随转速变化规律与其同胶垫构成的隔振系统模态密切相关,振动幅值在接近模态频率时显著增大;在整机环境中,受冰箱底板刚度影响,系统模态频率普遍降低,共振转速相应下降。研究表明,冰箱噪声控制需综合考虑胶垫与底板的耦合刚度,通过优化胶垫参数可有效抑制振动,避免噪声超标,对变频压缩机与冰箱系统的匹配设计具有重要工程指导意义。

Abstract: The issue of increased noise in refrigerators caused by compressor vibration. Through sweep frequency testing and modal analysis, the vibration characteristics of the compressor-refrigerator coupled system were investigated. The results indicate that the vibration of the compressor in three directions varies with rotational speed, which is closely related to the modal properties of the vibration isolation system composed of the compressor and rubber pads. Vibration amplitude increases significantly when excitation frequencies approach the system’s modal frequencies. In the integrated refrigerator environment, the modal frequencies of the vibration isolation system decrease to varying degrees due to the stiffness of the chassis, leading to a corresponding reduction in resonance speeds. The study demonstrates that effective noise control requires comprehensive consideration of the combined stiffness of the rubber pads and the chassis. Optimizing the parameters of the rubber pads can effectively suppress vibration and prevent excessive noise. These findings provide valuable guidance for the matching design of variable-frequency compressors and refrigerator systems.
