摘要: 空调系统模态分析对于空调管路设计有指导性作用。本文采用了混合建模的思想,通过计算空调室外机压缩机部分的实验模态和管路部分的有限元模态,采用基于频响函数的子结构混合建模方法,计算了空调系统的整体模态,相比于传统的仅用有限元模型计算,模态频率更准确,200Hz~300Hz误差在2%以内,为空调系统的结构设计提供参考价值。

Abstract: Modal analysis of air conditioning system is used in air conditioning pipeline design as a guiding role. In this paper, with the idea of hybrid modeling by computing the experimental modal and the finite element modal of the compressor part of the air conditioning outdoor unit, the substructure hybrid modeling method based on the frequency response function is used to calculate the overall modal of the air conditioning system. Compared with the traditional finite element model, the modal frequency is more accurate, the error in 200Hz~300Hz frequency range is less than 2%, which provides reference value for the structure design.
