摘要: 本文重点论证了一种基于R134A冷媒的系统,在控制平台搭建和节流元件控制上的算法研究。该算法会随着排气温度的变化适时转换,采用吸气过热度控制调阀和排气控制调阀,解决了系统调节不平缓问题、降低了排气温度高导致的压缩机内部线圈温度高,绝缘性降低,压缩机油碳化等风险。

Abstract: This paper demonstrates a system of R134A refrigerant based on research in the control algorithm to build platform and throttle control the. The algorithm will change with the exhaust temperature timely conversion using superheat control valve and exhaust valve control system, to solve the problem and reduce the regulation is not flat coil temperature inside the compressor exhaust temperature caused by the high high insulation reduced compressor oil carbonization risk.
