50W水平火焰试验中金属丝网的差异影响

摘要: 金属丝网在50W水平火焰试验中属于试验耗材,不仅对试验过程中因燃烧而失去自支撑能力的试样残留物起一定的支撑作用,更重要的是它能大大地稳定样品的燃烧状态,提高测试方法的可靠程度。目前市面上的金属网,从丝径、目数、编织方式、材质等分类众多,实验室很容易买到不符合标准的金属丝网。那么这些不同的金属丝网究竟该如何选择,本文利用水平火焰国家标准样品对金属丝网进行对比分析试验。结果表明,使用我院研制的标准金属丝网可以有效帮助实验室提高结果的一致性。

Abstract: In the 50W horizontal flame test, the wire gauze is a test consumable. It not only plays a supporting role for the sample residues which lose self-supporting ability due to combustion in the test process, but also can greatly stabilize the combustion state of the sample and improve the reliability of the test method. At present, there are many kinds of wire gauze on the market, such as wire diameter, mesh number, weaving method, material and so on. So how to choose these different wire gauze? In this paper, we will use the reference material of horizontal flame to carry out some comparative analysis tests on the wire gauze. The results show that the reference material of wire gauze developed by our institute can effectively help the laboratory to improve the consistency of the results.
