基于CFD的双胆单管电热水器的上下胆温差优化分析

摘要: 双胆单管热水器因其独特的双胆结构,实现了体积小、成本低的优点,但由于加热管仅存在于下胆内,因此上下胆在加热时存在温差,出水温度的稳定性和效率成为了目前双胆单管热水器研究的热点问题。为研究双胆热水器在单管加热时的温度传导问题,对不同连通管直径、不同连通管长度工况下热水器加热情况进行模拟,研究了双胆中间截面处的温度场变化,分析了上下胆温差的变化规律,为改善双胆单管热水器的结构提供指导。

关键词: 热水器, 对流, CFD, 温差优化

Abstract: The dual tank single tube water heater has the advantages of small volume and low cost due to its unique dual tank structure. However, due to the fact that the heating tube only exists in the lower tank, there is a temperature difference between the upper and lower tanks during heating. The stability and efficiency of the outlet water temperature have become a hot topic in the research of dual tank single tube water heaters. To study the temperature conduction problem of a dual tank water heater during single pipe heating, simulates the heating situation of the water heater under different connecting pipe diameters and lengths. The temperature field changes at the middle section of the dual tank are studied, and the variation law of the temperature difference between the upper and lower tanks is analyzed, providing guidance for improving the structure of the dual tank single pipe water heater.
