摘要: 针对燃气热水器启停温差问题,从工作原理及其启停温差产生机理分析,提出点火反应时间、关火反应时间、进水流量、进出水温差和增置缓冲启停温差部件的技术方案,对降低启停温度波动范围影响。理论与整机测试联合,完成多因素单变量的验证工作。试验结果表明:缩短点火、关火反应时间,减少进水流量、进出水温差,配置旁通管、恒温仓,可以有效降低启停温度波动范围,减少水温忽冷忽热不适感,提高用户洗浴舒适体验感。

Abstract: In response to the problem of temperature difference between start and stop of gas water heaters, analyzes the working principle and the mechanism of the temperature difference between start and stop, and proposes technical solutions for ignition reaction time, shutdown reaction time, inlet and outlet water flow rate, inlet and outlet water temperature difference, and adding buffered start and stop temperature difference components to reduce the impact of temperature fluctuations on start and stop. Combine theory with whole machine testing to complete the validation of multiple factors and single variables. The experimental results show that shortening the reaction time of ignition and shutdown, reducing the inlet and outlet water flow rate, and the temperature difference between inlet and outlet, equipped with bypass pipes and constant temperature chambers, can effectively reduce the fluctuation range of start stop temperature, reduce the discomfort of sudden cold and hot water temperature, and improve the user's bathing comfort experience.
