空调室外机防水测试标准研究分析

Research and analysis on waterproof testing standards for air conditioner outdoor units

摘要: 防水测试是空调外机产品可靠性验证的重要测试之一,为了研究空调外机产品目前采用的测试标准的适用性,对GB/T 4208 IPX4等级的测试方法原理及出水量/淋雨强度、测试时间、风速等测试参数进行理论分析和数据计算,并对比参考其他行业淋雨测试标准及相关气象数据,最后得出结论:GB/T 4208 IPX4的喷头测试方法在空调外机产品上是可以适用的,但测试时间需要调整为每个面5 min,另外,建议增加单独风源以更真实模拟实际使用环境。同时对摆管和喷头两种测试方法的选择,喷头测试方法的测试距离,测试时样机的运行状态,以及喷头试验装置流量计设置等标准未明确问题给出建议。

Abstract: Waterproof testing is one of the important reliability verification tests for air conditioner outdoor units. To study the applicability of the current testing standards for air conditioner outdoor units, the principles of the GB/T 4208 IPX4 testing method and the testing parameters such as water flow rate/rainfall intensity, test duration, and wind speed were theoretically analyzed and calculated. By comparing and referencing other product rain test standards and relevant meteorological data, it was concluded that the GB/T 4208 IPX4 spray nozzle testing method is applicable to air conditioner outdoor units, but the test duration needs to be adjusted to 5 minutes per side. Additionally, it is recommended to add a separate wind source to more realistically simulate the actual usage environment. Suggestions are also provided for the selection between the oscillating tube and spray nozzle testing methods, the testing distance for the spray nozzle test method, the operating state of the prototype during testing, and the flow meter settings for the spray nozzle test device, which are not clearly defined in the standards.
