曲轴轴系动平衡对往复式压缩机高频噪声的影响

The influence of the balancing of the crankshaft system on the high-frequency noise of reciprocating compressors

摘要: 往复式压缩机为冰箱系统制冷的核心零部件,在冰箱噪声源分析中,普遍认为2 kHz以上的高频噪声源为压缩机。往复式压缩机高频噪声主要分为气动噪声、电磁噪声以及机械噪声,其中机械噪声主要是由运动部件之间相互作用产生的激励力激发壳体或其他结构部件导致的,在压缩机运动部件中的众多激励中,曲轴主轴与曲轴箱主轴孔之间的滑动轴承力为最主要的激励源。以某型往复式压缩机轴系为研究对象,通过压缩机平衡配重改善主轴孔滑动轴承的润滑,动力学仿真结果显示在优化方案下,主轴最小油膜厚度增加了3.7%,进而降低了压缩机的振动和高频段的噪声;试验显示压缩机单体在2500 Hz~8000 Hz频段的噪声下降2 dB(A)以上,振动降低47.2%。

Abstract: Reciprocating compressor is the core component of the refrigeration system in the refrigerator. In the analysis of noise sources in the refrigerator system, it is generally believed that the high-frequency noise source above 2 kHz is the compressor. The high-frequency noise source of the reciprocating compressor can be mainly divided into aeroacoustic noise, electromagnetic noise, and mechanical noise. Among the many excitations in the moving parts of the compressor, the sliding bearing force between the crankshaft spindle and the crankcase spindle hole is the most important excitation source. Take the shaft system of a certain reciprocating compressor as the research object, and through the optimization of the dynamic balance of the compressor and the improvement of the lubrication of the main spindle hole sliding bearing, the dynamic simulation results show that under the optimization scheme, the minimum oil film thickness of the main spindle increases by 3.7%, thereby reducing the vibration and lowering the high-frequency noise of the compressor. The noise test results show that the noise of the compressors in the frequency band of 2500 Hz~8000 Hz is reduced by more than 2 dB(A), and the vibration is reduced by 47.2%. The technical solution and analysis method can provide reference for the subsequent dynamic balance design and high-frequency noise improvement of reciprocating compressors.
