混合工质技术应用于冰箱制冷系统的研究进展

The research development of zeotropic mixture in refrigeration system of refrigerators

摘要: 基于制冷工质层面分析冰箱性能和节能潜力是促进冰箱行业技术革新的重要切入点。总结现阶段混合工质在冰箱领域的应用现状,包括混合工质应用于Linde-Hampson节流制冷和自复叠制冷两条技术路线以获取低温温区(-40℃及以下),还包括混合工质应用于制冷循环流程优化后的双温制冷系统。此外也涉及了混合工质组元及配比、两相流动及传热特性、系统配置、组分偏移及变浓度特性等方面,这些关于混合工质制冷技术的研究各具特色,扩展了研究思路。针对于未来制冷剂向自然工质如碳氢类发展的趋势,阐述碳氢类混合工质在冰箱这类小型制冷装置中的应用情况,并给出非共沸混合工质在冰箱领域中未来的三个重点研究方向,从而对促进冰箱行业的技术革新和产业升级起到一定的参考价值。

Abstract: The refrigerant is a key issue to achieve energy saving and system performance improvement in refrigerators. The technology development of zeotropic mixture in refrigerators was summarized including Linde-Hampson refrigeration cycle, auto-cascade refrigeration cycle to accomplish -40°C and lower temperature. On the other hand, the application of zeotropic mixture in dual-temperature refrigerators was also investigated. In addition, this paper reviewed the choose of mixture component and composition optimization, two-phase flow and heat transfer, system configuration, composition shift and changing concentration attribute. These studies with unique features eventually extend the research methods regarding zeotropic mixture in refrigeration field. Based on the future trend of refrigerant, the application of hydrocarbons in refrigerators was described and the key development trends were proposed. This review aims to promote the use of zeotropic mixture refrigerant in refrigerators, which can bring technology innovation and industrial upgrading of refrigerator industry.
