比例谐振控制器在空调风机降噪技术中的应用研究

摘要: 针对空调风机运行过程中磁场畸变和逆变器非线性因素导致的振动噪声问题,提出一种基于比例谐振控制器的降噪技术。首先对永磁同步电机的谐波电流进行了分析,研究了在同步旋转坐标系下的 PI 控制器上并联比例谐振控制器(PR 控制器)实现对电流谐波抑制的原理,同时推导了PR控制器在时域下的模型和公式。通过采用在控制程序中实时计算PR控制器参数的方法,提出并验证了PR控制器的在空调风机中的谐波及噪音改善方案,最后通过实验测试对比验证了该方法对谐波抑制和噪音异音点消除的有效性。

Abstract: Investigates the proportional resonant (PR) controller to improve the acoustic noise performance in air-conditioning applications. Firstly, current harmonic in the permanent magnet synchronous machine and analyzes the PR controller parallel connected with the proportional integral (PI) controller in the synchronous rotating reference in order to reduce current harmonic in the air-conditioning fan. The model and formula of PR controller are derived in the time domain, and the parameters of PR controller are calculated in real time in the control program. Moreover, the current harmonic and noise improvement scheme of the PR controller in the air conditioning fan is proposed and verified. Finally, the effectiveness of the method on current harmonic suppression and noise dissonance elimination is verified through experiments.
