摘要: 空调室外机电控盒材料耐热变形是行业瓶颈,也是导致变频电控主板出现短路等故障的主要因素之一,同时也是空调整机运行不稳定性的主要因素。数据表明,通过改善电控盒自身散热方案,优化零件结构设计,注塑参数合理化,优选塑料材质能有效提高空调室外机电控盒材料耐热性能,提高空调整机运行可靠性,降低产品维修率,降低成本。

Abstract: The heat-resistant deformation of the material of the outdoor electric control box of the air conditioner is the bottleneck of the industry. It is also one of the main factors that cause the short circuit of the inverter electronic control main board. It is also the main factor of the instability of the air conditioner. The control box's own heat dissipation scheme, optimized part structure design, rationalization of injection parameters, and optimized plastic materials can effectively improve the heat resistance of the air conditioning outdoor electric control box material, improve the operating reliability of the air conditioner, reduce the product maintenance rate, and reduce the cost.
