摘要: 随着人们对农产品的安全问题的关注度逐渐升高,农药残留一直是一个亟待解决的难题。果蔬中残留的各种农药危害着消费者的健康,现有的降农残技术主要分为电解水技术、超声波技术、臭氧降解技术,这些技术正逐渐应用到大量的果蔬清洗机产品当中。根据不同的降农残技术对农药的作用机理和方式不同,对降农残技术的原理和市场应用进行分析。

Abstract: As people's attention to the safety of agricultural products has gradually increased, pesticide residues have always been a problem to be solved urgently. Various pesticide residues in fruits and vegetables endanger the health of consumers. The existing pesticide residue reduction technologies are mainly divided into electrolytic water technology, ultrasonic technology, and ozone degradation technology. These technologies are gradually being applied to a large number of fruit and vegetable washing machine products. Different pesticide residue reduction technologies have different mechanisms and methods for pesticides. Analyze the principles and market applications of pesticide residue reduction technologies.
