摘要: 以出口沙特16 kW风管机为例,通过理论分析及实验验证,总结能效升级的思路和方法,提高设计人员的技术水平与开发效率。其中增加冷凝器过冷段,可以提高制冷能力,测试模式下降低母线电压可降低功率,对提高能效为有效方案。

Abstract: Taking Saudi duct type U-Match of 16 kW as an example, summarizes different ways of energy efficiency upgrade through theoretical analysis and experimental verification, contribute to higher technological levels and development efficiency. To be specific, it has been confirmed in this article that increasing the supercooled section of condensers can improve refrigerating capacity, and that decreasing busbar voltage serves to reduce power and increase energy efficiency.
