消声器位置对空调管路消声特性影响的研究

摘要: 扩张式消声器是空调管路系统中广泛使用的一种零部件,用于改善压缩机传递噪声。使用声学有限元法对设置有消声器的空调排气管消声特性进行研究,发现该管路中可以另外形成两个截面收缩的消声器,其整体消声量远大于扩张式消声器的消声量;因此,合理设计消声器的位置及管路长度可以用更经济的成本获得更好的消声效果。

Abstract: Expansion muffler is a widely used component in air conditioner to improve the transmission sound of compressors. The acoustic finite element method is applied to study the transmission loss of air-conditioning discharge pipes equipped with mufflers. It is found that two additional constriction mufflers can be formed in the pipeline, and the overall sound attenuation is much greater than that of the expansion muffler. Therefore, reasonable design of muffler position and pipe length can achieve the effect of muffler and make the cost more economical.
