壁挂式空调器新风系统噪声控制研究

Research on noise control of fresh air system for wall-mounted air conditioner

摘要: 随着壁挂式新风空调器越来越受消费者追捧,人们对健康的室内新风音质要求提高。为了保证室内新风音质体验,以新风模块为研究对象,在尺寸限制条件下,通过优化设计风叶流道、离心风道改善其气动噪声;通过优化外转子电机参数与新风负载的匹配性,改善其电磁噪声,提高产品竞争力。验证结果表明,在满足新风量性能的情况下,同转速噪声值降低2.5 dB(A),气动噪声及电磁异常噪声得到有效改善。

Abstract: The wall-mounted air conditioners are becoming more and more popular among consumers, the improvement of people requirements for a healthy indoor fresh air sound quality is increased. In order to ensure the indoor fresh air sound quality experience, fresh air module is taken as the research object. Under the condition of size limitation, the aerodynamic noise is improved by optimizing the design of the blade runner and centrifugal air duct; By optimizing the matching of the parameters of the external rotor motor with the fresh air load, the electromagnetic noise is improved and the competitiveness of the product is improved. The verification results show that aerodynamic noise and electromagnetic anomaly noise are effectively improved by reducing the noise value of the same speed by 2.5 dB(A) when the performance of fresh air volume is met.
