摘要: 热泵型空调器因其夏季可以制冷、冬季可以制热,使用的普及率非常高,故而对空调的使用舒适性提出了更高的要求,其中制热工况下出现结霜是大部分空调经常遇到的情况,此类工况下若出现频繁结霜化霜,极易引起客户投诉。通过对室外换热器结霜机理进行分析,提出结霜常见的原因,并结合实验研究,通过调节系统制冷剂流量、内外机换热风量,解决额定制热工况下室外换热器结霜问题。

Abstract: Heat pump air conditioners have a high popularity rate due to their ability to cool in summer and heat in winter, which puts forward higher requirements for the comfort of air conditioning. Frosting under rated heating conditions is a common occurrence in most air conditioners, and frequent frosting and defrosting under such conditions can easily cause customer complaints. By analyzing the frost formation mechanism of outdoor heat exchangers and combining experimental research, the problem of frost formation in outdoor heat exchangers under rated heating conditions is solved by adjusting the refrigerant flow rate of the system and the heat exchange air volume of the internal and external units.
