深冷立式柜化霜分析及方案验证

摘要: 通过分析蒸发器结霜、化霜现象,进行了深冷立式柜缩短化霜时间的方案验证。采用铝管加热丝代替钢管加热丝化霜方案、加长钢管加热丝的尺寸和提高化霜加热丝功率方案、程序控制化霜截止温度方案,得到了家用深冷制冷器具缩短化霜时间的有效途径。结论如下:铝管加热丝代替钢管加热丝化霜,化霜时间缩短5.5%;加长钢管加热丝尺寸和提高化霜加热丝功率,化霜时间缩短19.0%;程序控制化霜截止温度,化霜时间缩短了24.1%。

Abstract: By analyzing the phenomenon of frosting and defrosting of evaporator, the scheme of shortening defrosting time of cryogenic vertical cabinet is verified. Using aluminum tube heating wire instead of steel tube heating wire for defrosting, Lengthening the size of steel tube heating wire and improving the power of defrosting heating wire, and program-controlled defrosting cut-off temperature, an effective way to shorten the defrosting time of household cryogenic refrigerators has been obtained. The main conclusions are as follows: the defrosting time is shortened by 5.5% when the aluminum tube heating wire replaces the steel tube heating wire; By lengthening the size of the heating wire, the defrosting time is reduced by 19.0%; The program controls the defrosting cut-off temperature, and the defrosting time is reduced by 24.1%.
