摘要: 由于冰箱材料会释放挥发性有机物,冰箱内储存的食物也会在自身新陈代谢或微生物作用下产生异味,因此,减轻和清除异味一直是各个冰箱生产厂家的研究重点。通过综述目前报道的除味功能材料,并以物理除味材料、化学除味材料和抗菌除味材料为分类,剖析了不同除味材料的除味机理以及应用现状,为冰箱异味清除模块的开发和应用提供借鉴和参考。

Abstract: Due to the release of volatile organic compounds from refrigerator materials and the odor generated by food stored in refrigerators because of their own metabolism or microbial effects, reducing and eliminating odors has always been a research focus for various refrigerator manufacturers. By reviewed some odor removal functional materials currently reported, and classified them from physical, chemical, and antibacterial odor removal materials. It analyzes the odor removal mechanisms and application status of different odor removal materials. Provide reference and reference for the development and application of the refrigerator odor removal module in the future.
