冰箱抽屉开裂原因分析及改善措施

Cause analysis and improvement measures of refrigerator drawer cracking

摘要: 针对冰箱抽屉在涂油高低温测试过程中普遍出现的开裂现象,以开发的生物质填料改性复合材料注塑抽屉为例,通过材料应力仿真分析和CAE模流分析,研究裂纹产生的原因。结果表明,造成抽屉开裂的主要原因是注塑过程中抽屉两侧导轨中竖向支撑筋与周边区域的冷却速率不一致。先冷却的部分形成了支撑结构,冷却速度慢的部分在冷却收缩时受到支撑结构的约束,从而产生应力集中开裂。材料应力仿真分析和CAE模流分析结果表明,去除抽屉侧面导轨的竖向支撑筋可以有效降低抽屉的应力集中,从而避免抽屉在涂油高低温测试中产生裂纹。

Abstract: In view of the cracking phenomenon of refrigerator drawer in the process of high and low temperature testing with oil, takes the injection drawer of biomass filler composite material developed by our company as an example to explore the causes of cracking through material stress simulation analysis and CAE mold flow analysis. The results show that the main cause of drawer cracking is the inconsistent cooling rate of vertical support bars in the drawer and the surrounding area. The cooling part first forms the support structure, and the cooling slow part is constrained by the support structure during the cooling contraction, resulting in stress concentration cracking. The material stress simulation analysis results and CAE model flow analysis show that the stress concentration of the drawer can be effectively reduced after removing the vertical support ribs on the side of the drawer, so as to avoid the occurrence of cracks in the high and low temperature test of oiling.
