Research on the motion of dishwasher spray based on planetary gear train mechanism

摘要: 对于洗碗机接近正方形的洗涤区域,普通喷臂形成的圆形覆盖存在四角欠洗涤的问题。基于对行星齿轮系机构的研究,确定以一级传动的行星齿轮系机构为基础模块,进一步叠加中间传动齿轮、曲柄滑块机构和曲柄摇杆机构等方式构造了不同的喷臂方案,通过运动分析得出喷射孔特定运行轨迹,实现了对四角区域的补充覆盖。经过深入分析和比较,最终选定了带摇杆型卫星喷臂的喷臂方案,不仅可形成类方形覆盖效果,并且轨迹线还能提升方形外围区域的洗涤覆盖,通过实验有效验证了对洗碗机洗净性能的提升作用。

Abstract: For the dishwasher's nearly square washing area, the circular coverage formed by common sprays can cause the problem of insufficient washing at the four corners. Based on the study of planetary gear train mechanisms, determines a primary transmission planetary gear train mechanism as the basic model and further construct different sprays with addition of intermediate transmission gear, crank slider mechanism, or crank rocker mechanism. Through motion analysis, the specific tracks of spray orifices are obtained, achieving supplementary coverage of the four corner areas. After deeply analysis and comparison, a dishwasher spray with the rocker satellite sprays was finally proposed which not only can form a nearly square coverage effect, but also enhances the washing coverage of the square peripheral area through the tracks. Through experiments the improvement of dishwasher cleaning performance has been effectively verified.
