摘要: 可燃制冷剂空调器安全是行业重点关注的问题,提升其安全性亟需解决的问题之一就是如何通过设计将潜在的点火源视作非点火源,确保即使可燃制冷剂泄漏也不会产生着火的风险,IEC 60335-2-40:2022给出了可燃制冷剂空调器中潜在点火源视作非点火源的条件,采用列举、归纳、分析等方法对这些条件进行解读,并给出验证试验方法,便于行业更好地理解消化标准,依据标准设计出符合要求的可燃制冷剂空调器产品。

Abstract: The safety of flammable refrigerant air conditioners is a key concern in the industry, and one of the urgent issues to be solved for the safety of air conditioners using flammable refrigerants is how to design potential ignition sources as non-ignition sources to ensure that there is no risk of ignition in the event of flammable refrigerant leakage. IEC 60335-2-40:2022 provides the conditions for potential ignition sources in flammable refrigerant air conditioners to be considered as non-ignition sources by listing, summarizing, and analyze and interpret these conditions using methods such as analysis, and provide validation test methods to facilitate the industry to better understand and digest standards, and design flammable refrigerant air conditioning products that meet the requirements based on the standards
