摘要: 空调整机能效是各国产品的门槛,直接决定产品品质,也是节能双碳推进的要求。通过以提高空调系统能效的技术角度,从箱体尺寸和系统部件匹配角度,设计一款高能效产品。以60K屋顶机为案例,通过选择多种系统部件并进行多轮次的匹配与耦合,最终实现箱体尺寸,风场和换热器的最优搭配,从而确定最佳设计方案。

Abstract: The energy efficiency of air conditioning units is the threshold for products in various countries, which directly determines product quality and is also a requirement for promoting energy-saving and dual carbon initiatives. From the technical point of view of improving the energy efficiency of the air conditioning system, a high energy efficiency product is designed from the perspective of box size and system component matching. Taking the 60K rooftop machine as an example, by selecting multiple system components and conducting multiple rounds of matching and coupling, the optimal combination of box size, wind field, and heat exchanger is ultimately achieved to determine the best design solution.
