摘要: 为提升空调器能效,重点聚焦换热器(蒸发器和冷凝器),利用现有的5 mm换热器,在端板间距和空调器箱体一致的条件下,从翅片类型、翅片数量以及管间距三个方面进行理论和试验对比,选择出换热效果最佳且成本合适的换热器,在实现能效提升的同时保证空调器的性价比。

Abstract: To improve the energy efficiency of air conditioners in the industry, focuses on the heat exchanger (evaporator and condenser), using the existing 5 mm heat exchanger to conduct theoretical and experimental comparisons from three aspects: fin type, fin quantity, and tube spacing, under the condition of consistent end plate spacing and air conditioner housing. The best heat transfer efficiency and cost-effective heat exchanger are selected to achieve energy efficiency improvement while ensuring the cost-effectiveness of the air conditioner.
