摘要: 探讨了冰箱保鲜技术的研究进展,包括物理保鲜、化学保鲜和生物保鲜三大类方法。介绍了传统冰箱保鲜技术,包括直冷式与风冷式冰箱的优缺点,以及基于精准控温、分区贮藏和气体控制的保鲜技术。新型冰箱保鲜技术方面,电、磁场保鲜技术、光照保鲜技术和等离子保鲜技术等前沿技术得到了广泛应用。提出冰箱智能化应以食品保鲜为核心,结合物联网技术优化人机交互体验,并提供科学的贮藏建议。未来冰箱保鲜技术将向多元化和智能化发展,以满足消费者对高品质、安全食品的需求。

Abstract: Explored the research progress of refrigerator preservation technology, including three categories of methods: physical preservation, chemical preservation, and biological preservation. This article introduces traditional refrigerator preservation techniques, including the advantages and disadvantages of direct cooling and air-cooled refrigerators, as well as preservation techniques based on precise temperature control, partitioned storage, and gas control. In terms of new refrigerator preservation technology, cutting-edge technologies such as electric and magnetic field preservation technology, light preservation technology, and plasma preservation technology have been widely applied. Propose that the intelligentization of refrigerators should focus on food preservation, optimize human-machine interaction experience with Internet of Things technology, and provide scientific storage suggestions. The future refrigerator preservation technology will develop towards diversification and intelligence to meet consumers' demand for high-quality and safe food.
