摘要: 针对废弃食物处理器输入功率的测量,不同的检测机构之间测试结果存在较大的差异,给生产企业带来了很大的困惑。通过对废弃食物处理器输入功率测试方法的研究,分析确定了影响其功率测量值的主要因素,并制定了辅助新国标GB/T 4706.49—2024中输入功率测试的技术规范,从而提高了试验的一致性,为其他检测机构进行输入功率测试提供参考,对输入功率的准确性测试具有指导意义,并有助于推进国际标准修订工作。

Abstract: In view of the measurement of power input of waste food processor, there are great differences between different testing institutions, which brings great confusion to production enterprises. Through the research on the test method of power input of waste food processor, the main factors affecting its power measurement value are analyzed and determined, and the technical specifications for assisting the power input test in the new national standard GB/T 4706.49—2024 are formulated, thus improving the consistency of the test, providing reference for other testing institutions to test power input, guiding the accuracy test of power input , and helping to promote the revision of international standards.
