部分穿孔直通管消声器消声性能仿真分析及整机实验研究

Simulation analysis and whole machine experimental study on the sound attenuation performance of partial perforated straight-through pipe mufflers

摘要: 制热传递音一直是空调开发过程中不可避免的问题,目前通用的做法是在外机管路中设置简单扩张式消音器对其进行控制。但受简单扩张式消音器物理规律限制,无法做到高消音量和小体积的有效统一。为解决这一矛盾,首先应用有限元法分析了相关参数对部分穿孔直通管式消音器消声性能的影响,发现穿孔段长度、位置及穿孔率对消音性能有着显著影响。接着运用这些规律对某款空调消音器进行了优化,在消音性能不弱于或高于原消音器的前提下,实现了消音器材料体积43.9%的减小。最后测试表明,优化部分穿孔直通管式消音器整机制热传递音静音档与原消音器相当,低风档有优势。

Abstract: Heat transfer sound has been an unavoidable problem in the development of air conditioning, and the current common practice is to set up a simple expansion muffler in the pipeline of the outer unit to control it. However, due to the physical limitations of simple expansion muffler, it is impossible to achieve the effective unification of high noise reduction and small volume. In order to solve this contradiction, the finite element method was firstly applied to analyze the influence of relevant parameters on the muffling performance of partial perforated straight-through pipe mufflers, and it was found that the perforated section length, location and perforation rate had a significant influence on the muffling performance. These laws were then applied to optimize an air-conditioning muffler, achieving a 43.9% reduction in the volume of the muffler material without weakening or exceeding the original muffler's silencing performance. Finally, the heat transfer sound test of the whole machine shows that the optimized partial perforated straight-through pipe muffler is comparable to the original muffler in quiet wind gear, with an advantage in the low wind gear.
