消音器对车载冰箱压缩机吐油量的影响研究

Study on the influence of muffler on the oil discharge of vehicle refrigerator compressor

摘要: 不同于家用场景,车载冰箱压缩机在移动环境下运行会造成吐油量恶化,进而对系统产生不利影响。由于压缩机倾斜运行时冷冻油会通过消音器进入气缸,故进行了消音器对吐油量的影响研究。首先通过试验确定压缩机封油量为65 mL,再对不同结构消音器进行了水平及倾斜对比试验,并通过仿真获得消音器对吐油量的影响机理。研究结果表明:吸气过程消音器内部存在负压,当漏油孔接触油液面时,会迅速将油吸入气缸,导致吐油量达到25.8 mL/h,取消消音器漏油孔以后压缩机吐油量基本为零。最终为所研究的车载冰箱压缩机吐油问题找到最佳解决方案。

Abstract: Unlike household scenarios, the vehicle refrigerator compressor operating in a mobile environment can cause a deterioration in oil discharge, which can have adverse effects on the system. A study was conducted on the effect of a muffler on the oil discharge volume, as the refrigerant oil enters the cylinder through the muffler during inclined operation of the compressor. The oil volume with 65 mL is firstly determined as the research object to study the influence of the muffler on the oil discharge for vehicle refrigerator compressor. Based on the experimental analysis of horizontal and inclining at the different structures, the effect and mechanism of the muffler oil leakage hole are further revealed with numerical simulation. The results show that there is negative pressure inside the muffler during the suction process, and the oil would be sucked in quickly when the leakage hole touches the oil surface. The maximum oil discharge could reach 25.8 mL/h, and the amount of oil discharge decreases to zero after the leakage hole is removed. Ultimately got the best solution for the oil discharge problem of the vehicle refrigerator compressors wnder study.
