摘要: 消毒柜作为家庭餐具消毒、储存的器具,除了关注其消毒效果外,存储与收纳体验也是用户最为关注的因素之一。其中,碗篮设计对产品体验及储存效果有重大影响,但目前行业内缺乏对消毒柜碗篮设计的深入研究,需要一个基于用户视角的评价模型,作为类似“北极星”的指标来引导消毒柜碗篮设计。运用问卷法、桌面研究、观察法等用户体验方法,搭建了以结构识别性、摆放灵活性、碗篮容纳性、取放便利性和放置稳定性为主的指标评价体系。于此基础上,利用构层次分析法(AHP)计算指标权重,并应用模糊综合评价法对比测评多种类型碗篮,评价结果可以直观反应消毒柜碗篮的体验好坏,与用户主观体验感受一致,验证了评价模型的有效性。

Abstract: Disinfection cabinet is a tool for disinfection and storage of family tableware. In addition to paying attention to its disinfection effect, the storage and storage experience is also one of the most concerned factors for users. Among them, bowl basket design has a significant impact on product experience and storage effect, but the current industry lacks in-depth research on the design of disinfection cabinet bowl basket, and an evaluation model based on the user perspective is needed as a similar "North star" indicator to guide the design of disinfection cabinet bowl basket. Questionnaire, desktop research, observation and other user experience methods were used to build an index evaluation system based on structure recognition, placement flexibility, owl and basket tolerance, convenience and placement stability. On this basis, the analytic Hierarchy process (AHP) was used to calculate the index weight, and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was applied to compare and evaluate various types of bowls and baskets. The evaluation results can directly reflect the quality of the experience of the bowls baskets of the disinfection cabinets, which is consistent with the subjective experience of users, and verify the effectiveness of the evaluation model.
