关于洗碗机碗篮滚轮运行顺畅度改进的研究

摘要: 由于下碗篮组件作为洗碗机用户高频次使用部件,提升用户在推拉洗碗机下碗篮时的操作体验是很有必要的。基于对目前常规式滚轮单侧受力情况的分析,提出了两侧受力的轮架式滚轮结构方案,通过对比常规式滚轮结构和轮架式滚轮结构的受力分析的差异,结合两种不同滚轮结构的碗篮组件的仿真分析结果,得到了两种方案对于控制变形量的效果作用,进而可初步评价轮架式滚轮结构对碗篮理论使用寿命的改进。进一步地,对滚轮运行顺畅度以及下碗篮组件推拉顺畅度提出了多维度评价,尤其考虑了碗篮组件不同载重状态下的场景,得出了两种方案的推拉测试结果,还组织了专门的用户体验测试,由此验证了轮架式滚轮结构的改进效果,同时也通过推拉测试验证了轮架式滚轮结构的可靠性。综上,对洗碗机碗篮组件的推拉体验优化提供了理论参考和实用可行方法。

Abstract: Because the lower basket is as the frequently used component for dishwasher users, it is necessary to enhance the users' operating experience when pushing and pulling the lower basket in dishwashers. Based on the analysis of the current single-sided force situation, a wheel frame roller structure with the double-sided force situation is proposed. By comparing the difference of force analysis between the conventional roller structure and the wheel frame roller structure, and combining the simulation analysis results of basket components with two different roller structures, the effects of the two structures to control deformation were obtained, and the improvement to the theoretical service life of baskets with using the wheel frame roller structure can be preliminarily evaluated. Furthermore, the multidimensional evaluations were proceeded for the moving smoothness of rollers and the push-pull smoothness of lower baskets, especially considering the different load states in the baskets. Through the push-pull test results of two roller structures and the users experience test, the improvement effect by using the wheel frame roller structure is verified. At the same time, the reliability of the wheel frame roller structure was also verified through the push-pull test. In summary, there provides theoretical reference and practical feasible methods for optimizing the push-pull experience of dishwasher baskets.
