摘要: 目前市面上的美妆冰箱大部分都采用半导体芯片方式来实现制冷,但普遍存在制冷效果不佳、温度分布不均等现象。但关于此现象的研究及相关研究文献较少。通过对风机转速,风机与零件之间间隙,导冷器、散热器翅片间距等影响因素入手,经CFD仿真技术对冰箱内外风场进行仿真分析,确定优化方案。通过制作样机,对冰箱储藏温度、耗电量、噪声等主要性能指标进行试验验证。再结合仿真结果进行拟合校验,迭代修正仿真精确度,最终试验结果的符合度高。所以,CFD仿真技术可以在产品设计前期提供技术支持,减少不必要的技术验证,从而缩短产品开发周期。

Abstract: Currently, most beauty refrigerators on the market utilize semiconductor chips to achieve refrigeration, but they generally suffer from poor refrigeration effects and uneven temperature distribution. There is limited research on this phenomenon, and relevant research literature is rarely seen. By starting from factors such as fan speed, clearance between the fan and components, and spacing between cold conductors and radiator fins. Through CFD simulation technology, it conducts simulation analysis of the airflow inside and outside the refrigerator to determine optimization schemes. By making prototypes, it tests and verifies key performance indicators such as storage temperature, power consumption, and noise. Then, it performs fitting and verification with simulation results, iteratively correcting the simulation accuracy. The final experimental results show good consistency. CFD simulation technology can provide technical support in the early stages of product design, reducing unnecessary technical verification and thus shortening the product development cycle.
