摘要: 风管送风式空调室内机的制冷剂流动噪声是用户经常投诉的噪声问题,目前,空调行业对制冷剂流动噪声的评价大多采用A计权声压级,无法反映用户真实声学感受。采用声品质评价方法进行制冷剂流动噪声分析,结合试验和仿真分析了制冷剂流动噪声的影响因素,通过优化电子膨胀阀出口处的凹槽结构和取消气管二级缩口,声品质等级评分从5.4分提升到7.2分,主观评价支持率从6%提升到92%。

Abstract: The refrigerant flow noise of the indoor unit of the air duct air conditioner is a noise problem that users often complain about. At present, most of the evaluation of refrigerant flow noise in the air conditioning industry uses A-weighted sound pressure level, which cannot reflect the real acoustic experience of users. The sound quality evaluation method is used to analyze the refrigerant flow noise, and the influencing factors of the refrigerant flow noise are analyzed by combining experiments and simulations, and the sound quality grade score is increased from 5.4 points to 7.2 points, and the subjective evaluation support rate is increased from 6% to 92% by optimizing the groove structure at the outlet of the electronic expansion valve and canceling the secondary necking of the trachea.
